整体护理在老年股骨粗隆间骨折防旋型股骨近端髓内钉内固定术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨整体护理运用于老年股骨粗隆间骨折防旋型股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)内固定术患者中的效果。方法:将2021年9月—2023年8月于黄梅县第二人民医院外科行PFNA内固定术的79例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者随机分为参考组和研究组。参考组39例,实施常规护理;研究组40例,实施整体护理。比较两组术后切口疼痛程度、术后并发症发生率与护理满意度。结果:术后24 h、术后72 h、术后7 d,研究组疼痛评分均较参考组低(P<0.05)。与参考组相比,研究组并发症总发生率更低(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度高于参考组(P<0.05)。结论:整体护理运用于老年股骨粗隆间骨PFNA内固定术患者中的效果确切,有助于减轻患者切口疼痛,预防并发症,提高患者护理满意度。Objective:To investigate the effect of holistic nursing care in elderly patients undergoing internal fixation of proximal femoral intramedullary nailing(PFNA)for intertrochanteric fracture with anti-rotation type.Methods:Seventy-nine cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of the femur who underwent PFNA internal fixation at the Department of Surgery of the Second People's Hospital of Huangmei County from September 2021 to August 2023 were randomly divided into a reference group and a study group.In the reference group,39 cases were implemented with conventional nursing care;in the study group,40 cases were implemented with holistic nursing care.Postoperative incision pain,postoperative complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:At 24 h postoperatively,72 h postoperatively,and 7 d postoperatively,the pain scores of the study group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The total complication rate was lower in the study group compared with the reference group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of nursing care was higher in the study group than in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of holistic nursing care applied to elderly patients with PFNA internal fixation of intertrochanteric femur is accurate,which can help to reduce patients'incision pain,prevent complications,and improve patients'satisfactionwithnursingcare.
