舒适护理在上消化道内镜检查患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析舒适护理在上消化道内镜检查患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2023年1月—2024年8月于锦州医科大学附属第三医院接受消化道内镜检查的124例患者进行研究,随机分为两组,每组62例。对照组实施常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上实施舒适护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组汉密尔顿抑郁量表评分比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组检查时间比对照组短,检查配合度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理在上消化道内镜检查患者中的应用效果显著,能够减轻患者不良情绪,缩短检查时间,提高患者配合度与满意度。Objective:To analyze the application effect of comfort care in patients undergoing upper gastrointestinal endoscopy.Methods:A total of 124 patients who underwent gastrointestinal endoscopy in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from January 2023 to August 2024 were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 62 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine care and the study group implemented comfort care on the basis of control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The examination time in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the degree of examination cooperation in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of comfort care in patients undergoing upper gastrointestinal endoscopy has a significant effect,and can alleviate patients'bad emotion,shorten the examination time,and improve patients'cooperation degree and satisfaction degree.
