危急值预警护理在重症糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析危急值预警护理在重症糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2020年5月—2022年5月在南京医科大学附属南京医院就诊的120例重症糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施危急值预警护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:观察组酮体转阴时间、酸中毒纠正时间、血糖控制时间和住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.001)。护理后,两组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、血肌酐、二氧化碳结合力均低于护理前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.027)。结论:危急值预警护理在重症糖尿病酮症酸中毒患者中的应用效果显著,可快速改善患者症状,改善生化指标,降低并发症发生率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of critical value early warning nursing in patients with severe diabetic ketoacidosis.Methods:A total of 120 patients with severe diabetic ketoacidosis who were admitted to Nanjing Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from May 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group implemented routine nursing,and the observation group implemented critical value early warning nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The ketone body conversion time,acidosis correction time,blood glucose control time and hospital stay length in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).After nursing,the fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,serum creatinine and carbon dioxide binding capacity in the two groups were lower than those before nursing(P<0.05),and those parameters in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.027).Conclusion:The application effect of critical value early warning nursing in patients with severe diabetic ketoacidosis is significant,which can quickly improve patients'symptoms,improve biochemical indexes,and reduce the incidence of complications.
