溶栓流程优化护理在急性脑梗死患者急救中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨溶栓流程优化护理在急性脑梗死(ACI)患者急救中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月徐州矿务集团总医院急诊科收治的41例ACI患者作为常规组,选取2022年7月—2023年6月收治的44例ACI患者作为优化组。常规组行常规急诊护理,优化组行溶栓流程优化护理。比较两组急救效果、住院指标、预后情况及护理满意度。结果:优化组抢救成功率高于常规组(P<0.05)。优化组分诊时间、入院至溶栓开始时间、抢救时间及住院时间均短于常规组(P<0.001)。溶栓24 h后,两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表评分降低,且优化组低于常规组(P<0.05);两组简易精神状态检查量表、Barthel指数评分均升高,且优化组高于常规组(P<0.05)。优化组护理满意度评分高于常规组(P<0.001)。结论:溶栓流程优化护理在ACI患者急救中的应用效果较好,可缩短抢救时间,提升患者的抢救成功率和护理满意度,改善患者预后。Objective:To investigate the effect of optimal nursing of thrombolytic process in emergency treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods:A total of 41 ACI patients admitted to the Emergency Department,Xuzhou Mining Group General Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the conventional group,and 44 ACI patients admitted from July 2022 to June 2023 were selected as the optimization group.The conventional group received routine emergency nursing,and the optimization group received thrombolysis process to optimize nursing.The first aid effect,hospitalization index,prognosis and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The rescue success rate of the optimization group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The triage time,the time from admission to the start of thrombolysis,the rescue time and the hospital stay in the optimization group were all shorter than those in the conventional group(P<0.001).After 24 h of thrombolysis,the score of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale decreased in both groups,and the score of the optimization group was lower than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).The scores of simple mental state examination scale and Barthel index were increased in both groups,and those in the optimization group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the optimization group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.001).Conclusion:The application of thrombolysis process optimization nursing in the first aid of ACI patients has a good effect,which can shorten the rescue time,improve the success rate of rescue and nursing satisfaction of patients,and improve the prognosis of patients.
