基于量化外科护理评估策略的差异化护理在结直肠癌腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析基于量化外科护理评估策略的差异化护理在结直肠癌腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年5月—2024年6月于锦州医科大学附属第三医院行腹腔镜手术的65例结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组(32例)和研究组(33例)。对照组实施常规护理,研究组开展基于量化外科护理评估策略的差异化护理。比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P=0.041)。护理后,两组焦虑自评量表、视觉模拟评分法、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分均降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组精神疾病病耻感量表评分降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组自我效能感评分量表、自尊量表评分升高,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于量化外科护理评估策略的差异化护理在结直肠癌腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果较好,能够降低并发症发生率,提高患者睡眠质量、自尊水平和自我效能感,减轻其焦虑情绪与病耻感。Objective:To analyze the application effect of differentiated nursing based on quantitative surgical nursing evaluation strategy in patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 65 patients with colorectal cancer who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from May 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects,and randomly divided into control group(32 cases)and study group(33 cases).The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received differentiated nursing based on quantitative surgical nursing evaluation strategy.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P=0.041).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale,visual analog score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index were decreased in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the stigma scale score of mental illness was lower in the two groups,and the study group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-efficacy scale and self-esteem scale were increased in two groups,and the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of differentiated nursing based on quantitative surgical nursing evaluation strategy in patients with laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer has a good effect,which can reduce the incidence of complications,improve patients'sleep quality,self-esteem and self-efficacy,and alleviate their anxiety and stigma.
