基于中医体质辨识的健康管理在慢性病患者中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:分析基于中医体质辨识的健康管理在慢性病患者中的应用效果。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月北京市西城区展览路社区卫生服务中心收治的慢性病患者150例进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=75)实施常规管理,观察组(n=75)在对照组基础上实施基于中医体质辨识的健康管理。比较两组干预效果。结果:干预后,两组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、收缩压、舒张压水平降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,两组生活质量评分提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于中医体质辨识的健康管理在慢性病患者中的应用效果确切,能够降低患者血糖、血压、血脂水平,提升患者生活质量。Objective:To analyze the application effect of health management based on TCM constitution identification in patients with chronic diseases.Methods:A total of 150 chronic disease patients admitted to Beijing Xicheng District Zhanlanlu Community Health Service Center from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected for study,and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group(n=75)implemented routine management,and the observation group(n=75)implemented health management based on TCM constitution identification on the basis of the control group.The intervention effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After intervention,the levels of fasting blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,triglyceride,total cholesterol,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure in two groups were decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the quality of life score of both groups was improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of health management based on TCM constitution identification in patients with chronic diseases is effective,which can reduce the level of blood glucose,blood pressure and lipid,and improve the quality of life of patients.
