医院药房中药管理存在的问题及对策分析

摘　　要：中医药治疗疾病具有疗效显著、标本兼治、不良反应少等优点,但医院药房药物种类丰富,加之不同患者的处方用药方案差异较大,医院药房进行中药管理时,易出现不良事件,如取药错误、药品变质等。该研究综合分析医院药房中药管理存在的问题(中药采购问题、库房管理问题与中药调剂问题、管理手段问题等),并根据中药管理实际问题提出解决对策,着眼于加强采购管理、库房规范化管理、调剂规范化管理以及药房中药管理信息化建设等,以期提高医院药房中药管理水平与质量。Traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of significant efficacy,treating both manifestations and root causes of the disease,and inducing few adverse reactions in the treatment of diseases.However,there are a wide variety of drugs in the pharmacy,and prescription medication plan varies greatly among different patients,which can easily lead to adverse events during Chinese medicine management in hospital pharmacy such as medication errors,drug deterioration,etc.This study comprehensively analyzes the problems in the management of Chinese medicine in hospital pharmacy(Chinese medicine procurement problems,warehouse management problems and Chinese medicine dispensing problems,and management method problems and other problems).Based on the actual problems of Chinese medicine management,solutions are proposed,focusing on strengthening procurement management,standardized warehouse management,standardized dispensing management,and the informationization construction of Chinese medicine management in pharmacy,with the goal of improving the level and quality of Chinese medicine management in hospital pharmacy.
