细节管理在静脉用药调配中心的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨细节管理在静脉用药调配中心中的应用效果。方法:锦州医科大学附属第三医院静脉用药调配中心于2023年7月开始实施细节管理,以此时间点分为管理前和管理后,以2023年1—12月静脉用药调配中心在职的78名护理人员作为观察对象,比较细节管理前后管理效果。结果:管理后,护理人员的专业知识、操作技能、责任心、沟通能力评分高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。管理后,护理人员管理总满意度高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P=0.005)。结论:细节管理在静脉用药调配中心中的应用效果显著,能够提高护理人员的职业素养和管理满意度。Objective:To explore the application effect of detailed management in pharmacy intravenous admixture service.Methods:The Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University began to implement detailed management in pharmacy intravenous admixture service since July 2023,which served the time point for pre-management and post-management.A total of 78 nursing staff who were on the job in pharmacy intravenous admixture service from January 2023 to December 2023 were taken as observation objects.The management effects before and after detailed management were compared.Results:After management,the scores of professional knowledge,operational skills,sense of responsibility and communication ability of nursing staff were higher than those before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).After management,the total management satisfaction of nursing staff was higher than that before management,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.005).Conclusion:The application effect of detailed management in pharmacy intravenous admixture service is significant,which can improve the professionalism and management satisfaction of nursing staff.
