摘　　要：目的:分析标准化清洗消毒流程在肛肠科手术器械处理中的应用效果。方法:选取2022年7—12月徐州市中医院消毒供应室处理的200件肛肠科手术器械作为常规组,选取2023年1—6月处理的200件肛肠科手术器械作为标准组。常规组实施常规清洗消毒流程,标准组实施标准化清洗消毒流程。比较两组器械清洗消毒效果。结果:标准化后,工作人员的基本知识、环境布局、风险识别、风险防范、自我防护、工作流程、工作效率评分及总分高于标准化前(P<0.001)。与常规组比较,标准组器械回收、分类、清洗、消毒、干燥、包装、灭菌、存储、维护、发放及器械外观光亮度合格率较高,血渍、污垢及锈斑存在率较低(P<0.05)。结论:标准化清洗消毒流程在肛肠科手术器械处理中的应用效果较好,能够提高工作人员的工作质量和器械清洗消毒合格率。Objective:To analyze the application effect of standardized cleaning and disinfection process for anorectal surgical instrument processing.Methods:A total of 200 anorectal surgical instruments processed in the Disinfection Supply Room of Xuzhou City Hospital of TCM from July 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the conventional group,and 200 anorectal surgical instruments processed from January 2023 to June 2023 were selected as the standard group.The conventional group implemented the conventional cleaning and disinfection process,and the standard group implemented the standardized cleaning and disinfection process.The cleaning and disinfection effect of instruments in the two groups was compared.Results:After standardization,the scores of staff's basic knowledge,environmental layout,risk identification,risk prevention,self-protection,work process and work efficiency and the total scores were higher than those before standardization(P<0.001).Compared with the conventional group,the standard group had higher qualification rates of device recycling,classification,cleaning,disinfection,drying,packaging,sterilization,storage,maintenance,distribution and device appearance brightness,and had lower presence rates of blood stains,dirt and rust spots(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of standardized cleaning and disinfection process in anorectal surgical instrument processing is good,which can improve the work quality of staff and the qualification rates of instrument cleaning and disinfection.
