摘　　要：为了更好地满足莱赛尔高端产品的需求,文章对器材使用提出了更高的要求,针对莱赛尔纤维原料的特点,介绍了LXC-966胶辊的特性、制作方法和维护注意事项。通过与不同胶辊进行实验对比,结果表明,LXC-966胶辊在莱赛尔纤维纺纱方面具有良好的适纺性、耐磨性、指标稳定性,能满足四罗拉赛络紧密纺的生产需求,对莱赛尔等纤维品种的各项成纱质量指标有较好的改善作用,可延长使用周期,降低生产成本。In order to better meet the needs of Lyocell high-end products,this paper puts forward higher requirements for the use of equipment,introduces the characteristics,production methods and maintenance precautions of LXC-966 rubber roller according to the characteristics of Lyocell fiber raw materials.The results show that the LXC-966 rubber roller has good adaptability,wear resistance and index stability in the spinning of Lyocell fiber thought comparing with different rollers,and can meet the production requirements of four-roller siro-compact spinning.It has a good improvement in the yarn quality indicators of cellulose varieties such as Lyocell,which can extend the service life and reduce production costs.
