摘　　要：聚合原液作为纺丝的主要原料,其质量影响氨纶的品质,为了获得优质的氨纶产品,须对氨纶连续聚合生产过程进行严格控制。文章介绍了氨纶连续聚合过程,包括原料质量控制、预聚合、扩链和熟化等,讨论了各个阶段反应原理,对这些过程的关键影响因素进行了分析。As the main raw material for spinning,the quality of polymer solution affects the quality of spandex.In order to obtain high-quality spandex products,strict control must be exercised over the production process of continuous polymerization of spandex.The article introduces the continuous polymerization process of spandex,including raw material quality control,prepolymerization,chain extension and curing.It discusses the reaction principles of each stage and analyzes the key influencing factors of these processes.
