摘 要:目的探讨融入课程思政元素的案例教学在助产专业产房实习带教中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至12月在徐州市中心医院产房实习的助产专业学生46名。其中2021年1月至5月实习的26名学生作为对照组,采用传统案例教学方法进行教学;2021年7月至12月实习的20名学生作为试验组,采用融入课程思政元素的案例教学方法进行教学。比较两组实习生的出科考试成绩、职业伦理素养及人文关怀能力。结果试验组的出科理论成绩、操作成绩、职业伦理素养、人文关怀能力均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在助产专业产房实习临床带教中融入课程思政元素的案例教学,可提高学生的理论和操作成绩,提升职业伦理素养,增强其人文关怀能力,具有良好的应用效果。Objective To explore the application effect of case teaching integrated with ideological and political curriculum elements in midwifery practice teaching.Methods A total of 46 midwifery students who practiced in the Delivery Room of Xuzhou Central Hospital from January to December 2021 were selected.Among of them 26 students who practiced from January to May 2021 were used as the control group,and traditional case teaching method was used for teaching.From July to December 2021,20 midwifery interns were used as the experimental group,and the case teaching method integrated with ideological and political curriculum elements was used for teaching.The examination scores,professional ethics and humanistic care ability of interns between the two groups were compared.Results The theoretical score,operational score,professional ethics and humanistic care ability of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In midwifery practice clinical teaching,case teaching integrated with ideological and political curriculum elements can improve students’theoretical and operational results,enhance professional ethics,strengthen their humanistic care ability,and has a good application effect.
