宫腔镜下电切术与冷刀切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉患者的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的比较宫腔镜下电切术、冷刀切除术治疗子宫内膜息肉的效果。方法选择光泽县医院2020年1月至2022年12月收治的100例子宫内膜息肉患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组实施宫腔镜下电切术治疗,观察组实施宫腔镜下冷刀切除术治疗,比较两组手术相关指标、月经量、并发症发生情况,以及血管内皮生长因子、血红蛋白水平。结果两组手术时间比较无差异(P>0.05)。相较于对照组,观察组术中出血量减少,住院时长缩短(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组月经量及血管内皮生长因子水平较对照组更低,血红蛋白水平较对照组更高(P<0.05)。观察组并发症总发生率为10.00%,低于对照组的28.00%(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜下冷刀切除术能够改善子宫内膜息肉患者的临床症状,缩短住院时间,改善相关实验室指标,且并发症少。Objective To compare the effect of hysteroscopic electrocision and cold knife resection in the treatment of endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 100 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to Guangze County Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(n=50)and the control group(n=50).The control group was treated with hysteroscopic electrocision,and the observation group was treated with hysteroscopic cold knife resection.The operation related indicators,menstrual volume,complications,and the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor and hemoglobin were compared between the two groups.Results There was no difference in operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was reduced and the length of hospital stay was shortened in the observation group(P<0.05).After treatment,the menstrual volume and vascular endothelial growth factor level in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the hemoglobin level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%,which was lower than 28.00%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hysteroscopic cold knife resection can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with endometrial polyps,shorten the length of hospital stay,improve the related laboratory indicators,and has fewer complications.
