苯磺酸氨氯地平联合厄贝沙坦治疗老年女性高血压的效果

摘　　要：目的观察苯磺酸氨氯地平+厄贝沙坦治疗老年女性高血压患者的效果。方法选取2022年1月至2024年1月在铜陵市铜官区鹞山社区卫生服务中心就诊的老年女性高血压患者60例,经随机数字表法分为对照组(30例,苯磺酸氨氯地平片)、观察组(30例,对照组+厄贝沙坦片)。对比两组血压、平均动脉压、24 h血压变异性、不良反应、生活质量。结果用药前,两组收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压水平比较无差异性(P>0.05);用药2个月后,观察组收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药前,两组24h血压变异性比较无差异性(P>0.05);用药2个月后,观察组24h血压变异性改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组用药2个月后生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平与厄贝沙坦联合治疗老年女性高血压患者的效果良好。Objective To observe the effect of Amlodipine Besilate combined with Irbesartan in the treatment of elderly female hypertension.Methods From January 2022 to January 2024,60 elderly female patients with hypertension treated in the Tongling Tongguan District Yaoshan Community Health Service Center were selected,and divided into control group(30 cases,Amlodipine Besilate Tablets)and observation group(30 cases,control group+Irbesartan Tablets)by random number table method.The blood pressure,mean arterial pressure,24 hours blood pressure variability,adverse reactions and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results Before medication,there were no significant differences in levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and mean arterial pressure between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 months of medication,the levels of systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,and mean arterial pressure in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before medication,there was no difference in 24 h blood pressure variability between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 months of medication,the improvement of 24 h blood pressure variability in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After 2 months of medication,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Amlodipine Besilate combined with Irbesartan is effective in the treatment of elderly female patients with hype rtension.
