摘　　要：孤独症是儿童常见的发育障碍性疾病。王素梅教授从“脑窍”认识孤独症,认为本病的主要病位在脑,核心病机为肾精亏虚、脑髓失养、脑窍未开。王素梅教授在治疗孤独症时以自拟附桂益智汤为基础方,主张补肾填精、益智开窍、清心化痰。Autism is a common developmental disorder in children.Professor Wang Sumei knows autism from the“brain orifice”,and believes that the main location of the disease is in the brain,and the core pathogenesis is the deficiency of kidney essence,the malnutrition of brain marrow,and the failure of brain orifice open.In the treatment of autism,professor Wang Sumei used the self-made Fugui Yizhi Decoction as the basic prescription,advocating nourishing kidney essence,puzzle and resuscitation,and cleari ng heart and removing phlegm.
