重组人干扰素α2b联合小儿热速清颗粒治疗手足口病的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察重组人干扰素α2b联合小儿热速清颗粒治疗手足口病的临床效果。方法选取隆安县人民医院2022年1月至2024年2月收治的120例手足口病患儿进行研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(60例,重组人干扰素α2b+小儿热速清颗粒治疗)和对照组(60例,重组人干扰素α2b治疗)。比较两组临床疗效、症状改善时间、不良反应总发生率、免疫球蛋白(Ig)水平。结果观察组临床疗效较对照组好(P<0.05);观察组发热、皮疹、疱疹改善时间均较对照组短(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的IgM、IgG、IgA水平较对照组高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α2b联合小儿热速清颗粒治疗手足口病的临床效果较好,能减轻临床症状,促进免疫功能恢复。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Recombinant Human Interferonα2b combined with Xiaoer Resuqing Granules in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease.Methods A total of 120 children with hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to Long’an County People’s Hospital from January 2022 to February 2024 were selected and divided into observation group(60 cases,treated with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b combined with Xiaoer Resuqing Granules)and control group(60 cases,treated with Recombinant Human Interferonα2b)according to the random number table method.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time,total incidence of adverse reactions and immunoglobulin(Ig)levels were compared between the two groups.Results The clinical effect of observation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).The improvement time of fever,rash and herpes in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of IgM,IgG and IgA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Recombinant Human Interferonα2b combined with Xiaoer Resuqing Granules has good clinical effect in the treatment of hand-foot-mouth disease,which can reduce clinical symptoms and promote the recovery of immune function.
