摘 要:目的观察米诺环素联合甲泼尼龙、阿奇霉素序贯治疗难治性肺炎支原体肺炎(RMPP)患儿的临床效果。方法选取2023年4月至2024年4月于苏州明基医院就诊的98例RMPP患儿,以不同用药方式分为两组,每组49例。常规组给予阿奇霉素序贯治疗联合甲泼尼龙,研究组在对照组基础上给予米诺环素,比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组炎症因子水平均较治疗前降低,且研究组的炎症因子水平低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组各项临床症状消失时间短于常规组(P<0.05);两组患儿的呼吸功能均较治疗前改善,且研究组的呼吸功能优于常规组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论米诺环素联合甲泼尼龙、阿奇霉素序贯治疗RMPP能够降低炎症因子水平,缩短症状消失时间,改善呼吸功能。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Minocycline combined with Methylprednisolone and Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of children with refractory Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(RMPP).Methods Ninety-eight children with RMPP in Suzhou BENQ Medical Center from April 2023 to April 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to different medication methods,with 49 cases in each group.The conventional group was given Azithromycin sequential therapy combined with Methylprednisolone,and the study group was given Minocycline on the basis of conventional group.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the levels of inflammatory factor in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).The respiratory function of the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment,and the respiratory function of the study group was better than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Minocycline combined with Methylprednisolone and Azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of children with RMPP can reduce the levels of inflammatory factor,shorten the disappearance time of symptoms,and improve respira tory function.
