摘  要:目的分析布地奈德雾化吸入治疗儿童肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽的临床效果。方法选取寿光市人民医院2023年1月至12月收治的72例儿童肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽患儿,采取随机数字表法分为两组,每组各36例。对照组进行阿奇霉素治疗,观察组基于对照组加用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率较对照组高,治疗后的呼气流量峰值、第1秒用力呼气容积、咳嗽症状评分较对照组优(P<0.05)。结论雾化吸入布地奈德应用于儿童肺炎支原体感染后慢性咳嗽治疗中,不仅可快速减轻患儿咳嗽症状,还能提升肺功能,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of chronic cough after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children.Methods A total of 72 children with chronic cough after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection admitted to Shouguang People’s Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected.They were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,while the observation group was treated with Budesonide aerosol inhalation based on the control group.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the peak expiratory flow,the forced expiratory volume in one second,and the cough symptom score after treatment were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Budesonide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of chronic cough after Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in children can not only rapidly reduce the cough symptom of children,but also improve lung function,which is worthy of promotion.
