缩宫素联合间苯三酚在妊娠晚期初产妇引产中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察缩宫素联合间苯三酚在妊娠晚期初产妇引产中的应用效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年1月在廊坊爱德堡医院分娩的100例单胎头位需要引产的初产妇,按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予缩宫素治疗,观察组给予缩宫素联合间苯三酚治疗。比较两组产程、中转剖宫产率、产后2 h阴道出血量、新生儿1 min Apgar评分。结果观察组第一产程及总产程短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组第二产程及第三产程比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组中转剖宫产率、产后2 h阴道出血量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组新生儿1 min Apgar评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论缩宫素联合间苯三酚在妊娠晚期初产妇引产中应用能有效缩短产程,有一定的临床应用价值。Objective To observe the application effect of Oxytocin combined with Phloroglucinol on induction of labor in primiparas of late trimester of pregnancy.Methods A total of 100 primiparas with singleton cephalic presentation requiring induced labor who gave birth in Langfang Aidebao Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group using the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with Oxytocin combined with Phloroglucinol.The stage of labor,2 hours postpartum vaginal bleeding volume,and 1-minute Apgar score of newborns were compared between the two groups.Results The first stage of labor and the total stage of labor in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the second and third stages of labor between the two groups(P>0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in the rate of cesarean section and 2 hours postpartum vaginal bleeding volume between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the 1-minute Apgar score of newborns between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of Oxytocin combined with Phloroglucinol on induction of labor in primiparas of late trimester of pregnancy can effectively shorten the stage of labor and has certain clinical application value.
