膳食营养指导联合多糖铁复合物对妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者血清学指标、铁代谢指标及母婴结局的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨膳食营养指导联合多糖铁复合物对妊娠期缺铁性贫血(IDA)患者的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将惠东县妇幼保健院2023年4月至2024年4月收治的80例妊娠期IDA患者分为两组,每组40例。对照组给予多糖铁复合物,观察组在对照组的基础上给予膳食营养指导,比较两组血清学指标、铁代谢指标、不良母婴结局。结果观察组治疗后的血红蛋白、平均红细胞体积、红细胞计数、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量、铁蛋白、血清铁水平均高于对照组,溶性转铁蛋白受体水平、不良母婴结局总发生率均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膳食营养指导联合多糖铁复合物可有效改善妊娠期IDA患者的血清学指标、母婴结局,缓解贫血症状。Objective To explore the effect of dietary nutrition guidance combined w ith Iron Polysaccharide Complex on patients with iron deficiency anemia(IDA)during pregnancy.Methods Eighty patients with IDA during pregnancy admitted to Huidong County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 were divided into two groups,with 40 patients in each group.The control group was given Iron Polysaccharide Complex,while the observation group was given dietary nutrition guidance on the basis of the control group.The serological indexes,iron metabolism indexes,and adverse maternal and infant outcomes were compared between the two groups.Results The results showed that the hemoglobin,mean corpuscular volume,red blood cell count,mean corpuscular hemoglobin,ferritin,and serum iron levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group after treatment(P<0.05).The level of soluble transferrin receptor after treatment and the total incidence of adverse maternal and infant outcomes were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dietary nutrition guidance combined with Iron Polysaccharide Complex can effectively improve the serological indexes,maternal and infant outcomes,and alleviate the symptoms of ane mia in patients with IDA during pregnancy.
