布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿社区获得性肺炎的效果及对炎症指标的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨布地奈德雾化吸入治疗小儿社区获得性肺炎的临床效果。方法选取2022年3月至2024年3月天津市河东区向阳楼街社区卫生服务中心收治的100例社区获得性肺炎患儿作为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(n=50)以孟鲁司特钠治疗,观察组(n=50)以孟鲁司特钠+布地奈德雾化吸入治疗。比较两组临床疗效、炎症指标、不良反应发生率、肺功能。结果与对照组相比,观察组临床疗效更优(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白、白介素-6、降钙素原水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量、呼气流量峰值、一氧化碳弥散量高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿社区获得性肺炎采用布地奈德雾化吸入治疗的临床效果确切,可减轻机体炎症反应,改善肺功能,值得借鉴。Objective To explore the application effect of Budes onide nebulized inhalation in the treatm ent of children with community-acquired pneumonia.Methods A total of 100 children with community-acquired pneumonia admitted to Tianjin Hedong District Xiangyanglou Street Community Health Service Center from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected as the study objects and divided into two groups using the random number table method.The control group(n=50)was treated with Montelukast,and the observation group(n=50)was treated with Montelukast+Budesonide nebulized inhalation.The clinical efficacy,inflammatory indicators,incidence of adverse reactions,and lung function were compared between two groups.Results The observation group showed better clinical efficacy compared with the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the observation group had low levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6,and procalcitonin than the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had higher forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity,peak expiratory,and diffusing capacity of the lungs for carbon monoxide than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Budesonide nebulized inhalation in the treatment of children with community-acquired pneumonia is definite,which can reduce the inflammatory reaction of the body,improve lung function,and is worth reference.
