雾化吸入重组人干扰素α1b治疗儿童呼吸道腺病毒感染的临床效果

摘　　要：目的观察雾化吸入重组人干扰素α1b治疗儿童呼吸道腺病毒(Ad)感染的临床效果。方法选取扬州大学医学院附属扬州妇幼保健院2023年1月至12月收治的60例呼吸道Ad感染患儿,应用随机数字表法分为研究组(n=30)与对照组(n=30)。对照组给予基础药物治疗,研究组在对照组基础上加用雾化吸入重组人干扰素α1b治疗。比较两组应用效果。结果研究组治疗效果及治疗总有效率(96.67%)高于对照组(76.67%)(P<0.05)。研究组症状改善时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组免疫功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论呼吸道Ad感染患儿应用雾化吸入重组人干扰素α1b治疗的效果确切,可缩短症状消失时间,提高免疫功能,具有临床借鉴价值。Objective To observe the clinical effect of aerosol inhalation of Recombinant Human Interferonα1b in the treatment of respiratory adenovirus(Ad)infection in children.Methods Sixty children with respiratory Ad infection in Yangzhou Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital Affiliated to Yangzhou University from January to December 2023 were selected and divided into the study group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)using the random number table method.The control group received basic medication treatment,and the study group added treatment with aerosol inhalation of Recombinant Human Interferonα1b.The application effects of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effect and total effective rate of the study group(96.67%)were higher than those of the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05).The symptom improvement time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The immune function indicators in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of aerosol inhalation Recombinant Human Interferonα1b in the treatment of children with respiratory Ad infection is effective,which can shorten the time of symptom disappearance,improve immune function,and has clinical reference value.
