基于积极心理学的心理护理对妊娠高血压合并产前抑郁孕妇心理弹性、应对方式及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察基于积极心理学的心理护理对妊娠高血压合并产前抑郁孕妇心理弹性、应对方式及生活质量的影响。方法选取临沂市中医医院2022年10月至2023年10月收治的100例妊娠高血压合并产前抑郁孕妇作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(50例,应用常规护理)、观察组(50例,在对照组基础上应用基于积极心理学的心理护理)。比较两组护理前后心理弹性、应对方式和生活质量评分。结果护理前,两组心理弹性、应对方式和生活质量评分比较无差异(P>0.05);两组护理前后组内各项评分比较有差异(P<0.05);且与对照组比较,观察组护理后心理弹性、生活质量评分更高,应对方式中面对评分更高,屈服、回避评分更低(P<0.05)。结论基于积极心理学的心理护理在妊娠高血压合并产前抑郁孕妇中的应用效果较好。Objective To observe the effect of psychological care based on positive psychology on psychological resilience,coping style and quality of life in pregnant women with gestational hypertension combined with prenatal depression.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women with gestational hypertension combined with prenatal depression admitted to Linyi Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2022 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group(50 cases,routine nursing)and observation group(50 cases,psychological care based on positive psychology on the basis of the control group)according to random number table method.Psychological resilience,coping style and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results Before nursing,there were no differences in the scores of psychological resilience,coping style and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).There were significant differences in scores within the two groups before and after nursing(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the psychological resilience and quality of life scores of the observation group after nursing were higher,and in coping style,the face score of the observation group was higher,and the yield and avoidance scores of the observation group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The psychological care based on positive psychology has a good application effect in pregnant women with gestational hypertension combined with prenatal depression.
