精细化护理联合信息支持在子宫内膜息肉切除术患者中应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化护理+信息支持在子宫内膜息肉(EP)切除术患者中的应用效果。方法选择2022年4月至2023年5月滨州医学院附属医院收治的EP切除术患者88例,按随机数字表法分为两组,各44例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施精细化护理结合信息支持,两组患者均护理至出院,并持续随访3个月。对比两组围手术期指标、并发症发生情况、生活质量及护理满意度。结果观察组术中出血量少于对照组,手术及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率(4.55%)低于对照组(18.18%)(P<0.05);观察组护理后36项简明健康状况调查量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度(95.45%)优于对照组(79.55%)(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理结合信息支持应用于EP切除术患者中,可改善围手术期指标,减少术后并发症,提升生活质量与护理满意度。Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing+information support in patients undergoing endometrial polyp(EP)resection.Methods Eighty-eight patients with EP resection admitted to the Binzhou Medical University Hospital from April 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 44 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received refined nursing combined with information support.Patients in both groups were nursed until they were discharged and followed up for 3 months.The perioperative indicators,complications,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The intraoperative blood loss of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and the operation and hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group(4.55%)was lower than that in the control group(18.18%)(P<0.05).The score of 36-item short form health survey in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after nursing(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(95.45%)was better than that of the control group(79.55%)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing combined with information support in patients with EP resection can improve perioperative indicators,reduce postoperative complications,and improve quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
