优质护理干预在小儿颅脑外伤急诊抢救中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨优质护理干预在小儿颅脑外伤急诊抢救中的应用效果。方法选取2023年1月至2024年1月南京市江宁医院收治的72例颅脑外伤患儿,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=36,优质护理干预)与对照组(n=36,常规护理干预),比较两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、Fugl-Meyer运动功能量表(FMA)评分、生活质量综合评定量表-74(GQOLI-74)评分、并发症总发生率、依从性、家属满意度。结果观察组护理后的NIHSS评分比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组护理后的上肢、下肢FMA评分均比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组护理后的各项GQOLI-74评分比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组总依从率比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组家属总满意率比对照组高(P<0.05)。结论优质护理干预应用于颅脑外伤患儿的急诊抢救中,可促进患儿神经功能和肢体运动功能恢复,提高生活质量,降低并发症发生率,且患儿依从性与家属满意度较高。Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing intervention in emergency rescue of children with craniocerebral trauma.Methods A total of 72 children with craniocranial trauma in Nanjing Jiangning Hospital from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected and divided into observation group(n=36,high-quality nursing intervention)and control group(n=36,routine nursing intervention)by random number table method.National Institute Health of s troke scale(NIHSS)score,Fugl-Meyer assessment(FMA)score,generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOLI-74)score,total complication rate,compliance and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The NIHSS score of observation group after nursing was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The FMA scores of the upper and lower limbs in the observation group after nursing were higher than those in the control group,and the GQOLI-74 scores of the observation group after nursing were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total family satisfaction rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of high-quality nursing intervention in the emergency rescue of children with craniocerebral trauma can promote the recovery of neurological function and limb motor function,improve the quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,and the compliance of children and family sat isfaction is high.
