基于PDCA循环模式的人性化护理在支原体肺炎患儿护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察基于PDCA循环模式的人性化护理在支原体肺炎患儿护理中的应用效果。方法选取广西壮族自治区妇幼保健院2023年6月至2024年6月收治的150例支原体肺炎患儿,采取随机数字表法分为两组,每组75例。对照组使用常规护理,研究组使用基于PDCA循环模式的人性化护理,比较两组症状缓解时间(咳嗽、肺部湿啰音、气促缓解时间以及退热时间)、住院时间、护理前后情绪变化。结果研究组症状缓解时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,研究组儿童焦虑障碍自评量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对支原体肺炎患儿实施基于PDCA循环模式的人性化护理效果较好,可缓解患儿的焦虑情绪,促进患儿临床症状的缓解,加快康复。Objective To observe the application effect of humanized nursing based on PDCA cycle mode in the nursing of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods A total of 150 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia in Maternity and Child Health Care of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the study group received humanized nursing based on PDCA cycle mode.The time of symptom relief(cough,lung rales,shortness of breath relief time and fever remission time),length of hospital stay,and mood changes before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Results The time of symptom relief and length of hospital stay in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the screen for child anxiety related emotional disorders score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The humanized nursing based on PDCA circulation model is effective for children with Mycoplasma pneumonia,which can alleviate the anxiety of children,promote the alleviation of c linical symptoms and speed up recovery.
