需求导向护理在腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者术后护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨需求导向护理用于腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者中的价值。方法择取2022年2月至2024年2月西安航天总医院收治的行腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者108例,根据抽签法随机分为对照组(n=54)、研究组(n=54)。对照组实施传统护理,研究组在传统护理基础上实施需求导向护理。对比两组的舒适度、自我感受负担、心理韧性、护理满意度。结果护理后,研究组舒适状况量表、心理弹性量表评分及护理总满意率均高于对照组,自我感受负担量表评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤切除术患者实施需求导向护理,在提升术后舒适度及减轻心理负担方面作用明显,患者满意度较高,值得临床参考与应用。Objective To explore the value of demand-oriented nursing in patients with laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods A total of 108 patients undergoing laparoscopic myomectomy admitted to Xi’an Aerospace General Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were randomly divided into control group(n=54)and study group(n=54)according to lottery method.The control group received traditional nursing,while the study group received demand-oriented nursing based on traditional nursing.The comfort level,self-perceived burden,psychological resilience and nursing satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of general comfort questionnaire,Connor-Davidson resilience scale and total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,while the score of self-perceived burden scale was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of demand-oriented nursing for patients with laparoscopic myomectomy plays an obvious role in improving postoperative comfort and reducing psychological burden,the satisfaction of patients is high,which is worthy of clinic al reference and application.
