摘　　要：目的探讨个性化护理对妊娠糖尿病患者遵医行为、妊娠结局及心理状态的影响。方法选取2023年5月至2024年5月曲阜市人民医院治疗的80例妊娠糖尿病患者,所有患者均为单胎妊娠,按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(40例)实施常规护理干预,观察组(40例)实施个性化护理干预,比较两组临床干预价值。结果观察组遵医行为评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后心理状态评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对妊娠糖尿病患者实施个性化护理方案能够更好地改善妊娠结局、心理状态,提高患者的遵医行为。Objective To investigate the effect of personalized nursing on medical compliance behavior,pregnancy outcomes and psychological state of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 80 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Qufu People’s Hospital from May 2023 to May 2024 were enrolled,all of them had singleton pregnancies,and they were divided into two groups by random number table method.Forty patients in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and 40 cases in the observation group were given personalized nursing intervention.The clinical intervention value of the two groups was compared.Results The score of medical compliance behavior in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of psychological state in the observation group after intervention was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of personalized nursing plan for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can better improve pregnancy outcomes,psychological state,and med ical compliance behavior.
