南宁市流感病毒感染状况及流行特征分析

摘　　要：目的了解南宁市人群流感病毒(Flu)感染状况及其临床特点。方法对2022年10月至2024年10月在中山大学附属第一医院广西医院就诊或住院的32039例患者进行咽拭子或鼻拭子的甲型流感病毒(Flu A)、乙型流感病毒(Flu B)抗原检测。比较不同时间、不同年龄、不同性别患者Flu感染情况。结果在32039例患者中,Flu感染率为29.33%,Flu A感染率为22.81%,Flu B感染率为6.57%,Flu A、Flu B混合感染率为0.05%。2022年10月至12月和2023年1、6、7月未检出Flu。2023年有2个感染率高峰,第1个在3月,为Flu A感染,感染率为41.46%;第2个感染高峰在11月,感染率为41.92%,Flu A、Flu B均有检出;12月感染率为41.10%,感染人数最多,之后感染率逐渐降低。2024年6月有1个感染小高峰,感染率为24.59%,感染人数相对较少,主要为Flu A感染。不同年龄的Flu A、Flu B和Flu感染率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性Flu A感染率为24.42%,略高于女性的21.25%;男性Flu B感染率为6.32%,略低于女性的6.80%;男性Flu感染率为30.68%,略高于女性的28.01%。不同性别的Flu A、Flu B及Flu感染率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论南宁市Flu感染率较高,以Flu A为主。新冠疫情防控措施有效抑制了Flu传播,疫情后Flu呈季节性流行。各年龄段人群均对Flu易感,以学龄儿童最为高发,Flu感染在性别间无显著差异。Objective To understand the infection status and clinical characteristics of influenza virus(Flu)in Nanning city.Methods A total of 32039 patients who were treated or hospitalized in Guangxi Hospital Division of the First Affiliated Hospital,Sun Yat-sen University from October 2022 to October 2024 were tested for influenza A virus(Flu A)and influenza B virus(Flu B)antigen in throat swabs or nasal swabs.Flu infection in patients with different time,different ages and different genders were compared.Results Among 32039 patients,Flu infection rate was 29.33%,Flu A infection rate was 22.81%,Flu B infection rate was 6.57%,and Flu A and Flu B mixed infection rate was 0.05%.Flu was not detected from October to December 2022 and January,June and July 2023.In 2023,there were two peaks of infection rate,the first in March was Flu A infection,and the infection rate was 41.46%;the second infection peak was in November,the infection rate was 41.92%,and Flu A and Flu B were detected;the infection rate was 41.10%in December,with the largest number of infections,then the infection rate gradually decreased.There was a small peak of infection in June 2024,with an infection rate of 24.59%,and the number of infected people was relatively small,mainly Flu A infection.There were significant differences in the infection rates of Flu A,Flu B and Flu among different ages(P<0.05).The Flu A infection rate in male was 24.42%,which was slightly higher than 21.25%in female;the Flu B infection rate in male was 6.32%,which was slightly lower than 6.80%in female;the Flu infection rate in male was 30.68%,which was slightly higher than 28.01%in female.There were no significant differences in the infection rates of Flu A,Flu B and Flu between different genders(P>0.05).Conclusion The Flu infection rate in Nanning city is relatively high,predominantly involving Flu A.The COVID-19 pandemic control measures effectively inhibited the spread of Flu,and Flu showed seasonal epidemic after the epidemic.All age groups were susceptible to Flu,with the highest
