摘　　要：目的探究肾衰宁颗粒联合左卡尼汀注射液治疗慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析患者的临床效果。方法选取2022年10月至2023年7月在我院就诊的48例慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同将其分为对照组、观察组,每组24例。对照组给予左卡尼汀注射液治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用肾衰宁颗粒治疗。比较两组的临床效果。结果治疗前,两组的超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的hs-CRP、IL-6及TNF-α水平均显著低于治疗前,且观察组显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组的SOD水平显著高于治疗前,MDA水平显著低于治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组的SOD水平显著高于对照组,观察组的MDA水平显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肾衰宁颗粒联合左卡尼汀注射液能够降低慢性肾功能衰竭维持性血液透析患者的炎症因子水平,改善氧化应激反应,值得临床应用及推广。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Shenshuaining granules combined with levocarnitine injection in treatment of maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Methods A total of 48 maintenance hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure who were treated in our hospital from October 2022 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,the patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 24 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levocarnitine injection,and the observation group was treated with Shenshuaining granules on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of high-sensitivity C reactive protein(hs-CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of SOD in the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the levels of MDA were significantly lower than those before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the level of SOD in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the level of MDA in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Shenshuaining granules combined with levocarnitine injection can reduce the levels of inflammatory factors and improve oxidative stress response in patients with chronic renal failure undergoin
