摘　　要：目的探讨枫荷通络药浴包治疗Mondor病的临床效果。方法选取2020年10月至2023年6月我院收治的50例Mondor病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(25例)和观察组(25例)。对照组使用50%硫酸镁溶液湿敷,观察组使用枫荷通络药浴包湿敷。比较两组的临床效果。结果观察组的疼痛消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗7、15 d后,观察组的条索状硬结长度短于对照组,条索状硬结质地评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗7、15 d后,观察组的皮肤红肿面积小于对照组,皮肤肿胀程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论枫荷通络药浴包治疗Mondor病的疗效显著,值得在临床实践中推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of Fenghe Tongluo medicated bath bag in the treatment of Mondor's disease.Methods A total of 50 patients with Mondor's disease admitted in our hospital from October 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into control group(25 cases)and observation group(25 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with 50%magnesium sulfate solution wet compress,and the observation group was treated with Fenghe Tongluo medicated bath bag wet compress.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The pain disappearance time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 7 and 15 d of treatment,the length of cord-like induration in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the score of cord-like induration texture was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 7 and 15 d of treatment,the area of skin redness and swelling in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group,and the score of skin swelling degree was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The Fenghe Tongluo medicated bath bag has significant effect in the treatment of Mondor's disease,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
