清肝降压胶囊联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压的效果及对血压变异性的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨清肝降压胶囊联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压的效果及对血压变异性的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2023年6月收治的98例老年原发性高血压患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组49例。对照组采用苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用清肝降压胶囊治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为95.92%,高于对照组的79.59%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的24 h平均收缩压(24 h SBP)、24 h平均舒张压(24 h DBP)、收缩压变异性(SBPV)及舒张压变异性(DBPV)低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及内皮素-1(ET-1)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的生理、心理、社会及环境评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清肝降压胶囊联合苯磺酸氨氯地平治疗老年原发性高血压可显著提升治疗效果,改善血压变异性,促进血管内皮功能恢复,改善生活质量,值得推广。Objective To investigate the effect of Qinggan Jiangya capsules combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of elderly primary hypertension and its influence on blood pressure variability.Methods A total of 98 elderly patients with primary hypertension admitted from October 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the study objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with amlodipine besylate,and the observation group was treated with Qinggan Jiangya capsules on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.92%,which was higher than 79.59%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the 24 h average systolic blood pressure(24 h SBP),24 h average diastolic blood pressure(24 h DBP),systolic blood pressure variability(SBPV)and diastolic blood pressure variability(DBPV)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of homocysteine(Hcy),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)and endothelin-1(ET-1)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the physiological,psychological,social and environmental scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Qinggan Jiangya capsules combined with amlodipine besylate in the treatment of elderly primary hypertension can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,ameliorate blood pressure variability,promote the recovery of vascular endothelial function,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
