肝胃百合汤联合黄芪建中汤加减治疗老年胃溃疡患者的临床效果及对炎症控制、胃运动功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨肝胃百合汤联合黄芪建中汤加减治疗老年胃溃疡患者的临床效果及对炎症控制、胃运动功能的影响。方法选取2020年4月至2023年4月收治的110例老年胃溃疡患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组给予常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用肝胃百合汤联合黄芪建中汤加减治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及白细胞介素-17(IL-17)水平低于对照组,白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的胃排空时间、胃窦收缩频率、胃窦收缩幅度、胃窦及十二指肠协调性均优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的胃脘隐痛、空腹痛重、纳呆食少、神疲肢怠及面色无华评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论肝胃百合汤联合黄芪建中汤加减治疗老年胃溃疡患者可有效修复消化道黏膜损伤,降低机体炎症反应,促进胃运动功能恢复,改善中医证候积分。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of modifide Ganwei Baihe decoction combined with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with gastric ulcer and its influences on inflammation control and gastric motor function.Methods A total of 110 elderly patients with gastric ulcer admitted from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 55 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group was treated with modifide Ganwei Baihe decoction combined with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and interleukin-17(IL-17)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of interleukin-4(IL-4)was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the gastric emptying time,gastric antrum contraction frequency,gastric antrum contraction amplitude and coordination of gastric antrum and duodenum in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of epigastric dull pain,empty abdominal pain,poor appetite,lassitude and dull complexion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modifide Ganwei Baihe decoction combined with Huangqi Jianzhong decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with gastric ulcer can effectively repair the gastrointestinal mucosal injury,reduce the body's inflammatory response,promote the recovery of gastric motor function,and improve the TCM syndrome score.
