摘　　要：目的研究基于互联网平台的延伸护理对产褥期产妇心境状态、母婴状态的影响。方法选取2020年10月至2023年1月的62例产妇作为研究对象,按照随机信封法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组31例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予基于互联网平台的延伸护理。比较两组的干预效果。结果研究组的居家护理技能掌握优良率高于对照组(P<0.05)。出院1个月后,研究组的心境状态量表问卷(POMS)、家庭功能评定量表(FAD)评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组的产妇及新生儿并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。出院1个月后,研究的自我护理能力量表(ESCA)、生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于互联网平台的延伸护理能够提升产褥期产妇的居家护理技能掌握水平,改善其心境状态,降低母婴并发症总发生率。Objective To study the effects of extended nursing based on Internet platform on maternal mood state and maternal and infant state in puerperium women.Methods A total of 62 parturients from October 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and study group according to the random envelope method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing,while the study group was given extended nursing based on Internet platform on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results The excellent and rate of home nursing skills in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).One month after discharge,the Profile of Mood States(POMS)and Family Assessment Device(FAD)scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of maternal and neonatal complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).One month after discharge,the Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)and Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74(GQOLI-74)scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The extended nursing based on Internet platform can improve the mastery level of home nursing skills of puerperium women,improve their maternal mood state,reduce the total incidence of maternal and infant complications.
