摘　　要：目的探讨C型导管固定装置联合透明敷料及3M胶布在猪尾巴引流管外固定中的应用效果。方法选择2021年1月至2023年6月行超声引导下经腹腔猪尾巴引流管置入术的165例患者,随机将其分为观察组(86例,C型导管固定装置联合透明敷料在引流管置入处采用顺位固定法固定,3M胶布在猪尾巴引流管尾端及连接管的硅胶部分以高举平台法固定)和对照组(79例,传统固定方法)。比较两组患者的导管固定相关不良事件发生情况及对导管固定方法的满意度。结果观察组发生8例导管固定相关不良事件,对照组发生38例导管固定相关不良事件;观察组的导管移位、打折、滑脱、扭曲发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组对导管固定方法的满意度明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论C型导管固定装置联合透明敷料在穿刺处顺位固定,配合3M弹力胶布固定引流管尾端及连接管可以更好地维护导管的稳定和通畅。Objective To explore the application effect of C-type catheter fixation device combined with transparent dressing and 3M tape in the external fixation of pig tail drainage tube.Methods A total of 165 patients who underwent ultrasound-guided transabdominal pig tail drainage tube implantation from January 2021 to June 2023 were selected and randomly divided into observation group(86 cases,C-type catheter fixation device combined with transparent dressing were fixed by sequential fixation method at the drainage tube insertion site,and 3M tape was fixed at the tail end of the pig tail drainage tube and the silicone part of the connecting tube by high-lifting platform method)and control group(79 cases,traditional fixation method).The incidence of catheter fixation-related adverse events and satisfaction with catheter fixation methods were compared between the two groups.Results There were 8 cases of catheter fixation related adverse events in the observation group and 38 cases of catheter fixation related adverse events in the control group;the incidence of catheter displacement,discounting,slippage and distortion in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of catheter fixation method in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The C-type catheter fixation device combined with transparent dressing is fixed in the puncture position,and the 3M elastic tape is used to fix the tail end of the drainage tube and the connecting tube to better maintain the stability and patency of the catheter.
