基于人文关怀理念的手术室护理对眼科手术患者应激反应的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨基于人文关怀理念的手术室护理对眼科手术患者应激反应的影响。方法纳入2022年11月至2023年6月本院收治的263例眼科手术患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=131,常规护理)和观察组(n=132,基于人文关怀理念的手术室护理)。比较两组患者的护理效果。结果护理后,两组的收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)及心率(HR)均明显升高,但观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组的焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及Mishel疾病不确定感量表(MUIS)评分均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗总依从率显著高于对照组,术后并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于人文关怀理念的手术室护理可有效减轻眼科手术患者应激反应,改善焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低疼痛程度、疾病不确定感及术后并发症发生率,提高治疗依从性,促进康复。Objective To explore the effect of operating room nursing based on humanistic care concepton the stress reaction of patients undergoing ophthalmic surgery.Methods A total of 263 patients undergoing ophthalmic surgery admitted in our hospital from November 2022 to June 2023 were included in the study.The patients were divided into control group(n=131,routine nursing)and observation group(n=132,operating room nursing based on humanistic care concept)according to the random number table method.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP)and heart rate(HR)of the two groups increased significantly,but those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Mishel Uncertaintyin Illness Scale(MUIS)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of treatment of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the total incidence of postoperative complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Operating room nursing based on the humanistic care concept can effectively relieve the stress reaction of patients undergoing ophthalmic surgery,improve anxiety and depression,reduce the degree of pain,disease uncertainty and the incidence of postoperative complications,improve treatment compliance and promote rehabilitation.
