中医情志护理对颈椎病患者护理质量、负面情绪及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中医情志护理在颈椎病患者中的应用效果。方法选择2021年4月至2023年8月在本院接受治疗的100例颈椎病患者,采用随机号码表将其分为参考组(50例)和中医情志护理组(50例)。所有患者均接受常规基础性护理,参考组实施穴位按摩,中医情志护理组在参考组基础上予以中医情志护理。比较两组的护理质量、负面情绪及生活质量。结果中医情志护理组的护理服务态度、护理操作技能、护理环境、护理效果评分及总分明显高于参考组(P<0.05)。干预后,中医情志护理组的汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于参考组(P<0.05)。干预后,中医情志护理组的临床体征、主观症状、生活工作社会适应能力评分及总分高于参考组(P<0.05)。结论中医情志护理可提高颈椎病患者的护理质量,缓解焦虑及抑郁情绪,改善生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of TCM emotional nursing in patients with cervical spondylosis.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical spondylosis who were treated in our hospital from April 2021 to August 2023 were selected and divided into reference group(50 cases)and TCM emotional nursing group(50 cases)by random number table.All patients received routine basic nursing,the reference group received acupoint massage,and the TCM emotional nursing group received TCM emotional nursing on the basis of the reference group.The nursing quality,negative emotion and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of nursing service attitude,nursing operation skills,nursing environment,nursing effect and total score of the TCM emotional nursing group were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)and Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)in the TCM emotional nursing group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of clinical signs,subjective symptoms,social adaptability of life and work and total score in the TCM emotional nursing group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM emotional nursing can improve the nursing quality of patients with cervical spondylosis,relieve anxiety and depression,and elevate the quality of life.
