个体化全方位气道护理对重症肺炎患者肺功能及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨个体化全方位气道护理对重症肺炎患者肺功能及并发症的影响。方法选取2021年3月至2023年7月收治的80例重症肺炎患者作为研究对象,其中2021年3月至2022年5月的40例设为对照组,2022年6月至2023年7月的40例设为观察组。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用个体化全方位气道护理。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的体温恢复时间、呼吸困难改善时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺啰音消失时间、机械通气时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。干预5 d、出院前1 d,观察组的呼吸频率、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理服务满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个体化全方位气道护理应用于重症肺炎患者能够缩短康复时间,有效改善肺功能,降低并发症总发生率并提高护理服务满意度。Objective To explore the effects of individualized comprehensive airway nursing on pulmonary function and complications in patients with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 severe pneumonia patients admitted from March 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research objects,including 40 patients from March 2021 to May 2022 as control group and 40 patients from June 2022 to July 2023 as observation group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given individualized comprehensive airway nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The body temperature recovered time,dyspnea improved time,cough disappeared time,pulmonary rales disappeared time and mechanical ventilation time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the 5 d of intervention and the 1 d before discharge,the improvement of respiratory rate,forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of nursing service in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The individualized comprehensive airway nursing applied in severe pneumonia patients can shorten the recovery time,effectively improve pulmonary function,reduce the total incidence of complications and elevate the satisfaction of nursing services.
