摘　　要：藏医药作为民族药的重要分支,在炮制方法、药材质地、药理作用等方面具有显著优势。二十五味珊瑚丸作为传统藏成药,是由珊瑚、珍珠及龙胆等25味药材组成,是治疗由白脉病引起的神经性及血管性头痛、神志不清等病的名方,具有减轻脊髓损伤、抗氧化等多种药理作用。本文通过整理近年文献,从化学成分的角度进行综述,为进一步深入研究二十五味珊瑚丸药理作用及临床应用提供思路和参考。As an important branch of ethnic medicine,Tibetan medicine has significant advantages in processing methods,texture of medicinal materials and pharmacological effects.As a traditional Tibetan medicine,Ershiwuwei Shanhu pills is composed of 25 medicinal materials such as Shanhu,Zhenzhu,Longdan and others.It is a famous prescription for the treatment of neurological and vascular headache and confusion caused by white vein disease.It has many pharmacological effects such as reducing spinal cord injury and anti-oxidation.In this paper,the literatures in recent years were reviewed from the perspective of chemical composition,so as to provide ideas and references for further study on the pharmacological effects and clinical application of Ershiwuwei Shanhu pills.
