摘  要:研究了氧化羰化法合成的产物碳酸二乙酯、乙醇及水混合体系的精馏分离方法,考察了加料方式、精馏温度、回流比等工艺条件对精馏过程的影响。实验结果表明碳酸二乙酯的精馏分离方法设计合理,操作运行平稳,在进料温度25℃、塔釜温度133℃、塔顶温度78~80℃、回流比R=6~7的工艺条件下,碳酸二乙酯纯度可达99.0%以上,单程分离效率77.7%,回收率97.0%以上。与经典的化工基础实验—乙醇/水体系的精馏相比,既能锻炼学生的综合思维方式,又能提高学生的实验研究能力。The rectification method of separating diethyl carbonate synthesized by oxidative carbonylation from the mixed systems with water and ethanol was studied in this paper.The experimental equipment was set up to rectify diethyl carbonate at atmospheric pressure and the effects of feeding mode,reflux ratio etc.,on rectification were investigated.The results indicated that the design of rectification process of diethyl carbonate was suitable and the operation was stable,when bottom temperature was 133℃,overhead temperature ranges from 78 to 80℃,feeding temperature was 25℃,reflux ratio was 6 to 7,the product purity of diethyl carbonate can exceed 99.0%.The separation efficiency was 77.7%and recovery efficiency was above 97.0%.The proper rectification process of diethyl carbonate was given through experiment and calculation.Compared with the classical chemical basic experiment distillation of ethanol/water system,it can not only train students'comprehensive thinking mode,but also improve their experimental research ability.
