摘  要:为了提高环境类、资源类专业学生的科研能力、创新思维和综合素质,以绿潮废弃物浒苔的资源化利用为关注点,设计了以浒苔为原料进行微藻培养的教学实验。采用水热处理法和碱水解法将浒苔制备成水解液培养基,比较了2种培养基对微藻生长和物质生产的差异,并基于叶绿素荧光技术探究了水热处理法制备的水解液培养基对微藻生产性能的提升机制。该教学实验融合了水生生物学、生物资源加工技术等课程的理论知识和实验技能,有助于培养学生的实践创新能力。In order to improve the scientific research ability,innovative thinking and comprehensive experimental skills of the students majoring in the environment and resources,a teaching experiment of microalgae cultivation using Ulva prolifera as raw material was designed.The experiment focuses on the resource utilization of green tide waste Ulva prolifera.In the experiment,the hydrolysate medium of waste Ulva prolifera was prepared by hydrothermal treatment and alkaline treatment.The differences of the two mediums on the growth and substance production of microalgae were compared.The mechanism of improving the production performance of microalgae by hydrothermal medium was investigated by chlorophyll fluorescence.This experiment integrates the theoretical knowledge and experimental skills of aquatic biology,biological resources processing technology and other courses,which helps to cultivate the students’practical innovation ability.
