摘  要:针对传统实验方法在直接测量多孔介质内微观渗流机理方面的不足,采用自主研发的孔隙尺度可视化实验装置,对非均质地层石油污染的绿色修复过程进行微观尺度研究。探讨了多孔介质渗透率及绿色环保驱替剂对残余油分布和饱和度的影响,实现了多孔介质内孔隙尺度两相渗流过程的实时监测。采用聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)制作一次性孔隙模型,模拟地下油藏。驱替剂包括生物质绿色溶剂、T-80表面活性剂、去离子水。实验结果表明,在非均质孔隙模型中,低渗透区的残余油饱和度比高渗透区高0.700左右;高流速的残余油饱和度较低流速增加了0.130;生物质绿色溶剂表现出最佳修复效果,残余油饱和度为0.079,去离子水次之,T-80最差。In response to the limitations of traditional experimental methods in directly measuring the micro-scale seepage mechanisms within porous media,this study employed self-developed micro-scale visualization experimental equipment to conduct an in-depth investigation at the micro-scale of the green remediation process for oil-contaminated heterogeneous formations.The research focused on examining the impact of permeability of porous media and the use of green environmental displacement agents on the distribution and saturation of residual oil,achieving real-time monitoring of two-phase seepage processes at the pore scale within porous media.A one-time pore model was made using polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)to simulate underground oil reservoirs.Experimental reagents included biomass green solvents,T-80 surfactants,deionized water,etc.The oil displacement effects of different displacement agents in the pore model were observed in real-time using a microscope and CCD camera.The experimental results indicate that in heterogeneous pore models,the residual oil saturation in low-permeability areas is approximately 0.700 higher than in high-permeability areas;the residual oil saturation at high flow rates is 0.130 higher than at low flow rates;among the different displacement agents compared,the green displacement agent GS shows the best remediation effect with a residual oil saturation of 0.079,deionized water is the second,while the effect of T-80is relatively poor.
