摘 要:为了满足消防工程专业人才培养需求,提升消防工程专业的本科教学实验水平,设计了不同液位深度储罐火行为模拟教学实验平台,由供气模块、燃烧器模块、升降模块和数据采集模块四部分组成。采用透明石英玻璃套筒模拟储罐侧壁,通过调节气体体积流量和侧壁高度,实现不同液位深度储罐火行为模拟。实验结果表明,稳定燃烧时储罐火焰可分为下部和上部火焰,下部火焰长度随着气体体积流量的增加而逐渐减小。根据火焰根部位置,储罐火焰可分为受限下探火焰、自由下探火焰和无下探火焰。该教学实验平台可加强消防工程专业本科生对储罐火灾火焰及关键参数的认识,为消防工程复合型人才的培养提供参考。To meet the needs of cultivating talents and enhance the experimental level of undergraduate teaching in fire protection engineering,a teaching experiment platform was designed and developed for studying the flame behaviors of storage tanks at different liquid level depths.The platform consists of four parts,i.e.,gas supply module,burner module,lift module and data acquisition module.The platform uses a transparent quartz glass sleeve to simulate the sidewall of a storage tank.By adjusting the gas volume flow and the ullage height,it simulates the flame behaviors of storage tanks at different liquid level depths.The experimental results show that the flame in the stable stage can be divided into a downreaching flame and an upper flame.The length of the downreaching flame gradually decreases with the increase of the gas volume flow.According to the specific location of the flame base,the flame behavior can be classified as three parts,i.e.restricted downreaching flame,free downreaching flame and no downreaching flame.This experimental platform can enhance the understanding of fire engineering undergraduates on storage tank fire flame and key influence parameters,and provide reference for the teaching of fire engineering composite talents training.
