摘  要:激光超声检测因非接触式优势而成为无损检测领域的研究热点,适用于复合结构的检测。基于双波混合干涉原理,搭建了基于激光超声的复合板厚度检测实验平台,包括激发超声激励系统、激光超声探测系统、超声信号高速采集系统3个部分。基于所搭建实验平台,实现了铜铝复合板铜片厚度的检测,检测精度可达99%以上。结果表明,所搭建实验平台可实现复合板厚度非接触式检测。Laser ultrasonic detection method becomes a research hotspot in the field of non-destructive testing due to its non-contact advantages.It is applicable to the detection of composite structures based on the principle of two-wave mixing interference.The paper builds a laser ultrasonic based composite plate thickness detection experimental platform,which packages three parts,i.e.,excitation system to stimulate ultrasonic waves,based on the principle of two-wave mixing interference of the optical detection system,and highspeed signal acquisition and signal processing.Based on the constructed platform,the thickness of the copper sheet of copper-aluminum composite plate is detected,and the detection accuracy can reach more than 99%.The constructed experimental platform can achieve noncontact detection of composite thickness.
