摘 要:为帮助学生深入理解电磁超表面的基本原理及其物理意义,在硕士电磁场理论教学中引入电磁仿真,以增强学生的学习兴趣和理解效果。教学中,选用高频结构仿真器对具有相位调控功能的矩形超表面单元建模仿真,探索结构参数对相位响应的影响。基于该单元结构,进行超表面阵列综合,实现电磁波任意角度反射以及涡旋电磁波生成功能案例,展示电磁超表面对电磁波的精准调控能力。该实践教学方法有效促进学生对电磁超表面技术的直观理解,提升学生学习体验。同时也为学生提供科研方法的初步培训。To enhance students’understanding of the fundamental principles and physical significance of electromagnetic metasurfaces,this study integrates electromagnetic simulation software HFSS into specialized teaching.This approach aims to increase student engagement and comprehension.A rectangular metasurface unit with phase control capabilities is selected as a case study,where systematic modeling and simulation are conducted using HFSS to explore the relationship between structural parameters and phase response.Based on this unit,a metasurface array is implemented to demonstrate two functionalities,i.e.,arbitrary angle reflection of electromagnetic waves and generation of vortex electromagnetic waves.The precise control of electromagnetic waves by metasurfaces is obtained.This practical teaching method significantly enhances students’intuitive understanding of metasurface technology and improves their overall learning experience,while also providing foundational training in research methodologies.
