摘 要:针对高等院校学生在学习中表现出来的课堂沉默现象,提出以机器学习理论为基础,构建课堂沉默影响因素的回归模型与学习优化实验。运用因子分析和主成分分析提取主要综合影响因素类别变量。基于机器学习模型训练构建沉默行为与主要综合影响因素的多项式回归模型,通过模型学习曲线计算优化模型性能。结合课堂教学干预实验,探究影响学生课堂沉默现象的因素及其干预效果。实验结果表明,课堂沉默与外在和内在影响因素之间均存在回归关系。针对外在教学方式和学生内在学习动机因素,采取适当的干预措施是能起到较为明显的改善学生课堂参与积极性的效果。In view of silence phenomenon of college students in classroom,this paper puts forward to construct a regression model and carry out learning optimization experiment to study classroom silence influencing factors from the perspective of the relationship between the categories of influencing factors and the influence effect based on machine learning theory.In the experiment,a set of influencing factors of silence is collected through questionnaires,and the main factor category variables are extracted by factor analysis and principal component analysis.Then,based on the model training method of machine learning,a polynomial regression model of classroom silence behavior and main factors is constructed,the model cost and learning curve are calculated,and the accuracy of the model is optimized.Finally,combined with the classroom teaching intervention experiment of external behavior and internal motivation,this paper empirically tests the influence effects of the influencing factors of students’classroom silence.Experimental research finds that there is a polynomial regression relationship between classroom silence and external behavior and internal motivation factors,and appropriate intervention measures for external teaching methods and students’internal learning motivation factors can improve students’enthusiasm for classroom participation to a certain extent.
