摘  要:基于太赫兹时域光谱开展了物理电子学的实验教学探索,设计了“太赫兹时域光谱物质质量分数测量”教学实验。以典型绝缘材料乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)样品为例,针对太赫兹波传输的基本光学常数和其中抗氧剂质量分数开展了实验测量和分析。实验教学促进了学生对物理电子学理论知识的深入理解,并显著增强了其在跨学科情境中综合运用知识解决复杂问题的创新能力。A pedagogical exploration of experimental teaching in physical electronics was conducted based on Terahertz time-domain spectroscopy(THz-TDS).This exploration led to the establishment of an experimental teaching system focusing on“THz-TDS and material mass fraction measurement”.Specific experimental procedures and steps were designed by ethylene-vinyl acetate(EVA),a typical insulating material,as an example.Experiments were performed to measure and analyze the fundamental optical constants of Terahertz wave transmission and the mass fraction of antioxidants within the material.This approach not only deepens students’understanding of theoretical knowledge in physical electronics but also enhances their ability to integrate and apply learned concepts in an interdisciplinary research context.
