摘 要:高校实验室危险废弃物“科学回收、安全存放”所面临的风险隐患日益突出。针对化学危废存放难、管理难,实验人员参与度低等问题,建设了智能废弃物暂存柜并探索了集约管理模式。建设的化学危废暂存柜配制了智能化的硬件设备及相应配套软件;并构建了“全员负责、自助回收、时时监督”的集约管理模式;同时将化学危废回收培训与“安全教育课程思政”紧密结合开展安全教育。运行表明,该集约管理模式实现了“导行”与“导心”并行,“治标”与“治本”共抓目标,保障了化学危废回收全过程安全、高效开展。该集约管理模式对高校化学危废安全暂存与科学管理具有一定的借鉴意义。The risks and hidden dangers associated with the“scientific recycling and safe storage”of hazardous waste in university laboratories are becoming increasingly prominent.In response to challenges such as the difficulty in storing and managing chemical hazardous waste,and the low participation rate of laboratory personnel,an intelligent waste storage cabinet was developed and a centralized management model was explored.The constructed chemical hazardous waste storage cabinet is equipped with intelligent hardware devices and corresponding software.Based on this,a centralized management model of“collectiveresponsibility,self-service recycling,and real-time supervision”was established.Furthermore,the training for chemical hazardous waste recycling was closely integrated with the“ideological and political education in safety education courses”.Operational results show that this centralized management model achieves the parallel goals of“guiding behavior”and“guiding mindset”,and addresses both the symptoms and root causes,which ensures the safe and efficient execution of the entire chemical hazardous waste recycling process.This centralized management model offers valuable insights for the safe storage and scientific management of chemical hazardous waste in universities.
