摘  要:以滨海枢纽工程为工程背景,分析海域交通枢纽桥梁特点及建造连接新旧交通干线海域交通枢纽时所面临的困难和挑战,并提出滨海枢纽工程临时栈桥、主桥下部结构、钢梁及桥面系施工方案;对基于混合现实的海上复杂枢纽互通全过程数字建造技术、复杂环境海中既有管线位置精准测量及施工全过程风险动态调控技术、小曲率半径钢混组合梁工业化制运架成套技术、基于弹性混凝土新材料的较大挠度差新老桥拼宽结构体系等进行关键技术创新,并在项目实施中得到了应用,提高了施工效率、降低了安全风险,填补了领域空白。Taking the coastal hub project as the engineering background,this paper analyzes the characteristics of the sea transportation hub bridge and the difficulties and challenges faced in constructing the connection between the old and new traffic arteries of the sea transportation hub.Additionally,it elaborates on the construction plan of the temporary wharf,main bridge substructure,steel beam and bridge deck system of the coastal hub project.It studies the digital construction technology of the entire process of the interconnection of complex offshore hubs based on mixed reality,the precise measurement of the position of existing pipelines in complex environments and the dynamic risk control technology of the entire construction process,the complete set of industrialized transportation and erection technology for steel-concrete composite beams with small curvature radius,and the widening structure system of new and old bridges with large deflection difference based on elastic concrete new materials.These key technological innovations have been applied in the project implementation,improving construction efficiency,reducing safety risks,and filling the gap in the field.
