摘 要:以新建天津至潍坊高速铁路站前四标黄骅制梁场为工程背景,系统阐述高速铁路智能梁场规划目的、手段、原则、技术架构、功能架构,预制梁智能生产各环节——钢筋、模板、混凝土、预应力等施工过程所采用的智能建造方法及设备信息化管理手段等。实践表明,将智能传感、物联网、智能控制等技术与梁场主要工序和装备深入融合,实现主要工序装备状态的智能感知与精准执行控制,最终实现具有智能化、少人化特征的高速铁路智能梁场,达到保证安全、提高质量、提升工效、降低成本的目标。Taking the Huanghua Beam Fabrication Yard in Section 4 of the newly built Tianjin-Weifang High-speed Railway as the engineering background,this paper systematically expounds the purpose,means,principles,technical architecture and functional architecture of the intelligent beam yard planning for high-speed railways,as well as the intelligent construction methods and equipment applied in each link of the intelligent production of prefabricated beams,such as steel bars,formwork,concrete,prestressing,and the information management methods integrated into the production process.Practice shows that the in-depth integration of intelligent sensing,Internet of Things,intelligent control and other technologies with the main processes and equipment of the beam yard enables intelligent perception and precise execution control of the equipment status of the main processes.As a result,it has realized the intelligent and less-manpower characteristics of the high-speed railway intelligent beam yard,and achieved the goals of ensuring safety,improving quality,enhancing work efficiency and reducing costs.
